Booking & deposits

A 25% deposit is the standard way appointments are secured online, with some requests also able to pay in full at checkout. Membership and bundle arrangements are still completed manually.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to move your appointment. Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit where the slot cannot be re-filled.

Coat condition & pricing

Prices start from the rates shown online and may vary depending on breed, coat condition, matting, temperament, and time required.

Health, behaviour & safety

Please share any medical information, behavioural concerns, or recent grooming history before the appointment so handling can be tailored safely and appropriately.

Puppies & first appointments

Puppy and first-time appointments are handled gently and may be adapted to suit your dog’s comfort, confidence, and tolerance.
